2. LiveChat functionality
LiveChat is active across the website to provide real-time chat and offline messaging. Its current documentation identifies lc_cid and lc_cst as primary functionality cookies used to identify a chat session, secure access to the conversation, reconnect visitors with agents, and remember conversation continuity. LiveChat states that these cookies may remain for up to two years; provider behavior and retention can change.
3. Chat service data
When the widget loads or is used, LiveChat may process session identifiers, browser and device information, IP and network data, page activity, chat events, and information entered in the conversation. LiveChat's own privacy and cookie notices govern its processing as a third-party service provider.
4. Analytics
At the effective date, no standalone third-party analytics service is intentionally activated through the website. LiveChat may provide operational information about widget use and visitor page activity as part of the chat service. If separate analytics is enabled later, this policy will identify the provider, purpose, retention, data-sharing settings, and available visitor choices.
5. Advertising and attribution
At the effective date, no optional advertising, remarketing, or conversion-tracking cookies are intentionally activated through the website. Applicable notice and visitor controls will be configured before those technologies are enabled.
6. Your choices
Browser controls can block or delete cookies, although blocking LiveChat functionality cookies may prevent chat history, reconnection, or the widget from working correctly. Visitors who do not want to use LiveChat can contact admin@photostattechnologies.com by email. Additional category controls will be added before optional analytics or advertising technologies are activated where required.
7. Current configuration
The website currently uses hosting and security technologies plus the LiveChat functionality integration. Standalone analytics, advertising, remarketing, and conversion-tracking tags remain disabled.
