Service Terms & Engagement Policy
This page explains the general commercial engagement model. Only a signed agreement and statement of work create service obligations.
1. Business and geographic eligibility
Services are offered only to organizations located in the United States, subject to project fit, verified service area, staffing, licensing, vendor availability, and a signed agreement. This website does not promise nationwide on-site coverage.
2. Independent-provider status
PhotoStat Technologies is an independent business technology provider. Unless a signed proposal expressly states otherwise, no manufacturer, cloud provider, software company, carrier, or platform sponsors, authorizes, or endorses the services.
3. Scoping and proposals
Discovery may be required before a quote. Proposals should identify deliverables, assumptions, dependencies, exclusions, customer responsibilities, third-party costs, taxes, milestones, acceptance, and expiration.
4. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for accurate information, authorized access, backups unless contracted, timely decisions, safe site access, appropriate insurance, lawful use, vendor cooperation, and identifying legal, regulatory, privacy, labor, safety, or industry requirements.
5. Third-party products and licensing
Hardware, software, cloud subscriptions, internet circuits, warranties, and other third-party items may be governed by separate terms, availability, renewals, return rules, and manufacturer or provider support.
6. Security and compliance
No technology eliminates all risk. Security measures, backup, retention, and compliance responsibilities must be defined in writing. PhotoStat Technologies does not provide legal opinions or certify compliance unless an expressly qualified service is contracted.
7. Changes and acceptance
Work outside the approved scope requires written change approval. Acceptance tests, issue reporting windows, project completion, support transition, and documentation should be defined in the applicable statement of work.

Service-specific terms: A signed proposal, order, statement of work, or managed-service agreement controls the actual scope, pricing, responsibilities, and commercial terms of an engagement.
