This notice describes how PhotoStat Technologies handles information through this U.S.-focused business website and related business inquiries.

Hosting, security, and chat systems may also process IP address, browser, device, page activity, referral, session identifier, request, and security-event data.

4. LiveChat communications
The website uses the LiveChat service to provide real-time chat and offline messaging. LiveChat and its subprocessors may process chat content, session and device information, page activity, and contact details submitted through the widget to deliver and secure the service. Do not submit passwords, account-recovery information, payment-card data, health records, government identifiers, or other sensitive information through chat.
5. Cookies and advertising technology
Essential technologies support security and site operation. The LiveChat widget uses functionality cookies and similar technologies to maintain secure chat sessions and conversation continuity. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, legal obligations, disputes, security, and customer-service records. Chat content and related records may be retained according to PhotoStat Technologies account settings and the LiveChat service configuration. Administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used, but no Internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. U.S. state privacy rights
Depending on residency and applicable law, individuals may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing, targeted advertising, or sale. 8. Children and international visitors
This website is directed to U.S. businesses and is not intended for children under 13. Services are marketed only in the United States. International visitors should not use the form to request services.
